Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item received was not the item you ordered.
Once an order is placed- you CANNOT cancel. Please make sure you have read the entire listing carefully including product details, sizing and our policies and are certain of your order before placing it.
We have a 3-4 week turnaround. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
***PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SUMMER SALE ORDERS HAVE A LONGER THAN NORMAL TURNAROUND AND WILL SHIP ON OR BEFORE JULY 15 ***
We ship through USPS First Class. As soon as we print your label, you will get an email from Paypal with tracking info. Please give us an additional business day to package and get your order to the post office. Also note that sometimes tracking does take a day or so to update.
Once we ship your item and it is accepted through the post office (as seen in tracking) it is no longer in our possession therefore we are no longer responsible for it. If your item was marked as delivered and you did not receive your package we cannot be held responsible for that either and is now the responsibility of the post office. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
AS OF 4/20/2016:
If your order is $100 and over we will automatically ship with insurance, if your order is not- previous statement applies and it is your choice whether to add insurance to your order at your cost in which case you would need to contact us to set up payment for it.
